Wander through the pass of time your broken heart, and longings mine I recall your chestnut curls Your father’s riches The hateful’s words I loved you once But not the way you wished for me I saw you flinch But not the change I thought there’d be I lived your past my gorgeous friend Your seventeen My bitter end Somewhere in your little car A friendship bloomed But not so far To reach today to wind our lives no, its time to say good bye |

CB I love how this reads...it flows so nicely off the tongue...And like potato chips- I could not eat just one, And so I read again...this time not for form But content... There is a bit of mystery here, and that can be a good thing... But my mind is one that prys, and so I must ask what this stanza means..hope you don't mind.. "I lived your past my gorgeous friend Your seventeen My bitter end" Enjoyed ------------ice ><> |

Thank you Ice --- this is about an old friend I saw recently I lived your past my gorgeous friend Your seventeen My bitter end I lived through his childhood years with him - I saw him seventeen - at the same time I experienced a messy break up with a boyfriend |
