To Be Satisfied I sit here wondering what tomorrow brings, the emptiness packaged to land at my door. Sad to be missing so much these past years of relief still not seen behind eyes wanting more. So I write and I word in release hoping for challenging boundaries left laying in drawer. I wake to the darkness of morning in rise without saying a word, without seeing a face. I'm a prisoner of mind on the balcony ledge struggling with feelings, emotions to replace. So I write and I word thoughts of the before, those phobias of yesterday plotting their score. Merely a vision, as I begin dwindling down, losing myself in the photos of time. Surrounded by passings of days once serene. I'm a whispering dreamer kept hungry by rhyme. So I write and I plead with myself seeking core, where my center is centered and I ask not for more. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

Thank you for all your nice comments..I have been kept busy lately and only have early mornings or a few moments in the evenings to read, reply or post a poem...my brain is sometimes numb by the time I am home from the schools  I am trying to get a routine, but it's hard when you never know where you are working or when... Thanks again for reading me over these years. M |
