Once upon a time, you sang me a lullaby. To calm my cry, in the middle of the night. Every moment, you made me see another way to be. I learned from you, each mistake you carefully sowed, another seed of precious wisdom in me. Then I turned around, and waved goodbye. From the window of a big yellow bus on the first day of kindergarten. The tears fell down your cheek, but when I brought a picture home, your smile was so happy. From ear to ear, and your sparlking eyes. Then I grew up into a wild teen, didn't give you much trouble. Although I wanted so badly to be bad, I was good. After high school I went out, tried to make a life for myself in college. Now I've repaired my wings and flew away, Like the butterfly that lands on daisies in the spring And now I've flown away. But not too far as you have noticed. Its all gonna be okay, don't worry about me. I can be my wonderful, and you can be my joy. Because as long as I know, that you will be near, then everything will be, happily ever after. |

me, as a mother of a 17 year old, I can say your mother's worry is not unfounded Kellie. Please be careful out there. |

Thanks you too. I don't like to see my mom worry, Especially about me... She needs time to herself and my younger brother really needs her. I am gonna be alright. At least I hope so. |
