Pictures of the Mind I sat beside a brook one day And watched the running waters play A colored palette took my eye And painted in my heart a sigh Within the process of each blink Kaleidoscopic patterns wink Lifting me into a seem The loveliest of daytime dream I saw a cosmos changing form Hews beyond my thinking norm Reaching out to sweep my mind Beyond realities fix of blind It played a pixels shade parade Into a darling masquerade Showing me hypnotic spore That lived within my soul and core And were it not that night fade day I think I’d still be there to stay |

It's really hard to pick one favorite of yours, Sy, 'cuz I love 'em all, but I have to say, that this one really brought back some wonderful memories. It transported me. So, for now, I'll put this on the top of my list and add it to the library, which is getting so full! .....jo |
