Memories tarnished Stained from your pathetic mind Thinking back to your sick days You did not give me much In love or life Your type of love Came with a guaranteed Punch or a kick Did not make a difference with you Just wanted to hurt me The best way you could I hated you then I hate you even more now Even though your six feet under Still would spit on your grave If I ever went to see you My life is ok I suppose Still haunted My nights everlasting My dreams dark and terrifying But do you care……not For a child of four Till I was eighteen Felt I was in hell Matter of fact my life was hell |

Oh my...I am so sorry this happened to you. Writing it out does help to heal. I hope you are doing better and putting this in the past. Heart hugs, Nancy ~ Trace my body with your words.. |

I hope time really does heal, though the healing is too darn late once the ground freezes over. Shouldered hugs to you. |

I felt the pain and sadness in the poem. I felt the anger in this poem. Soo unfair to have a father but not a dad! Every child deserves the love of a dad! Keep writing, pictureme2 |
