Now My Friends— As we all know— When Americans begin To think for themselves It’s a danger to the nation It’s not the debt Will sink our ships Or act of war upon our shores But consumers failing In their obligation To buy what toys we throw their way However the poorer they then may be Regardless of their situation So slap some pap on what is left Some other name with a sexual tone As if purchase will bring on passion Be sure to have whatever clod For whom the mob is wetting beds Prance and sing about the thing As the only way to gain coition . . . And throw a Ho Ho Ho And a bow on it all That ring the bells on our registers . . . Lest we fail to remember the Season |
