Livingston Livingston, within your seeking what did you discover was it more lost than found in the searching to uncover was the water there not so blue kissing the mouth of the Nile and when you spoke of your passage were the natives hostile standing underneath its moon compared to you the color just pales still you go wandering around helplessly missing the details and in each stone you carry you become more pyramided lost and who pays for your adventures it is others that bear that cost time and travel may take you it’s sad but it’s true that finally you are so lost that no Stanley could ever find you just some words cut out |
