Nevermore does the moon shine overhead the sun up in the sky the stars I wish upon Nevermore They're importance unknown Destinies unaware Lost Found Discarded Time to Fall Nevermore does fate seem so real the envy endlessly spewing jealousy the moment arising Nevermore There is something missing Broken and out of place Simple Complex Moveable Time to Rise Nevermore does everything seem so out of touch the process tedious the heat is burning Nevermore There is something strange about these followed dreams abandoned regathered lost Time to feel Nevermore Will I abandon my dreams because I am supressing my fears. Nevermore will I fall to the ground without a prayer and then be lifted back to my feet. Nevermore will I fumble, lost on a path to happenstance. Nevermore will I let someone stab me in the back, nevermore. |

YES!!!, time to feel and not be numb. Talk about talented, girl you have it going on! Your heart is bleeding all over this page, I feel your pain girlfriend! Great poetry!!!! |

Thank You! I appreciate the uplifting and encouraging words! This poem was pretty much a tantrum, and read the way I originally wrote it earlier this morning it was saying NEVERMORE NEVERMORE NEVERMORE NEVERMORE and then led into the poem, I might repost the original version at a later date and time. But it is definately nice to feel again. |
