Archived Memories
~*Marge Tindal*~

Tiny snippets, capitulated,
rhythmic-words surrendered to time
line the crowded corridors
with a myriad of poetic minds~

Leisurely word-walk through
archived memories of indelible inking
Often causes one to reflect
on just what the poet was thinking~

In those gentle moments
of word-render, tenderly sublime,
the poet left footprints to follow
for the all of time~

Shelf after shelf of poetic self
word-feast of buffet delight
greet me in the archives of poetry
found within this site~

Let me follow the footsteps
of those who have gone before
poetically marking the trail
with heart-words of true adore~

Should I chance upon
a worded-gem from your pen
know that I will hold it tender
as I read it again and again~
