To Die With Her Kiss The sun will rise in her eyes by dawn, and the moon island will float with the stars above the crimson sea at night. The sunset remains sleeping as day recites a verse of sacred vows. I have be wed her to my lips and took a wife to passion as the son of heaven. Where beauty masked the face of love. Fragrant spirits pierce the clouds with there beaming eyes. Pillars above the beams project their light through the windows of heaven. Temples of the cloth tell tales of the son of love coming to be king. She wore the morning with the rites of the Lord. Death was on account but I did not hear or wear death beneath my robe. Heavens officers called my name but I did not nor will I respond to the calling of my father. If any staff, shall bow me and escort me before my time. It shall be with the lips I be wed, I shall die with her kiss. Copyright Kevin Brian Wright, 2005. The Pen & Quill |
