Another star shines brightly in the sky This evening as we lay our weary heads Upon our beds of temporary repose Born out of the harshness of war Wherein young men and women Ever the recipients of our anger Are destined to die and die again In the battlefields of their minds Remembering their youth fondly Daydreams Nightmares Anymore who can tell One into the next on through their lives As they watch their sons and daughters Travel the paths they still walk
Yes, I did borrow the first few lines from another scribble, however I liked the way they fell together and wanted to use them in a more serious piece. When all is said All is done Still I live And carry on- Quiet Riot

Ringo, this is a very true write. Thanks for sharing.
Hey, how is your book going? Is there somewhere on the internet to check into buying it, like Amazon? Hugs, Ethel

Shark- Thanks for reading this. It's appreciated.
Ethyl- I sent the final (I hope) manuscript out to the publisher today along with the publicity shots. It won't be on Amazon until... heck, I don't know. Thanks. When all is said All is done Still I live And carry on- Quiet Riot
