A full moon rose
Without thorns
In an inevitably cool
September sky

For all the dead
Years their days’ loves
Lay still in their graves

And no ghost crossed
To move the mind
Much less the heart
To pause or praise

It was an absence
Then at last
In which a peace
Was eventually found

So one becomes
That solitary moon

Distant detached
Without regret

So stoically silent
As to be finally beautiful
As only a stone can

Awesome piece of writing here.

Poetry is beauty in words.
