Dear Friends I Thank You Just as they had promised There through thick and thin The turmoil I was feeling They will help me win Whatever I was faced with They would help me through Friends that understood They've remained true They take the time to listen Its those friends I shall value Uplifted me when sinking They came to rescue Helping weather the storms As promised unconditionally I have never needed to ask They were there for me For along the journey of life They could always be relied Knowing friendship bonds Will remain forever tied They opened up their hearts Seem to know what I'm blue With heartfelt appreciation Dear friends I thank you Hope ©2005 With graphic and music below http://www.thestarlitecafe.com/poems/91/poem_755826.html |
