dragonfly
of windless
wings
an emptiness
which
lost love
brings ...
if meant to fly such love will soar
and live for years
lost nevermore
but time does tell and takes its toll
when air goes
stale
and starves
the soul
with
fierceness
of what
hearts
know
reluctantly,
we face
let go ...
dragonfly
by legends
born
search forever
for love
that's
sworn

         yet they just glide from place to place
         like each is perfect for that very moment ....
