I write despite the wrong and right
I write of inner thought and sight
For what this life displays to me
My pen must write so you can see

Most people they would love to say
The many things that eat away
But feel that they have not a place
Where they can hide and find some space

I write because it frees my soul
Fulfills my life and makes me whole
Because in me there’s things to give
Because the sharing helps me live

I write despite the wrong and right
I write toward my tunnels light
And on the way I hope I share
Some little things I find in there
