Time slowly passes, every second drawing another hidden scar, deep and twisted, bathed in pain. Fact from fiction, no distinction. Invisible tears fall untouched, delicate drops, mangled by the cruel hard ground, stopping their journey cold. Fact from fiction, no distinction. The eyes from which the tears came, Shallow and concealed, have erased reality from their memory. Fact from fiction, no distinction. A once beautiful flower lays, dying, Replaced with a fraud, deceiving the world, with manufactured beauty, that will never die. Fact from fiction, no distinction. Is this really perfection? |
