Keeper Of The Rhyme By Paul Wilson If you thought all you gave was enough too last me a lifetime Why do I feel so empty Fill me with your thoughts Fill my heart with words and dreams yet to be imagined Break the restraints that hinder limits of the mind Give to me secrets from masters of the soul and quill Touch my soul ( lightning ) from lavender skies Trust me with your words Keeper Of The Rhyme ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ |

What a beautiful poem, Paul. I enjoyed the style you wrote it in, too. Hugs, Ethel |

A call to divinity! absolutely lovely Paulie and I felt a bit hushed as I read as though I'd overheard prayer. |

Karen...Maybe I was praying a little bit, hoping that I could be given the talent to write like so many wonderful poets here at PIP, YOU included. Anyhow I'm still trying that free verse thing every now and then.I like it... Thanks so much for reading and your prayerful reply which is sort of mysterious because I first posted this in Spiritual by mistake, or maybe it wasen't a mistake at all, just some wierd circumstances...Paul ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ Paul [This message has been edited by Paul Wilson (08-26-2005 08:11 PM).] |

Trust me with your words Keeper Of The Rhyme ~*~ And even when we don't rhyme? We still hope that the Keeper knows where the trust is honored. Well Done, Paul... it is, indeed, a Keeper. "There's a reason they call God The Creator - he sides with talent." Julia Cameron |

I've known for a long time now, that words come when they're ready...so the keeper of the rhymes begats just the right amount of words...knowing when we're ready...(wink) thank you Paul for such a lovely poem and thoughts |

LeeJ...You are so right the words come when they are ready. Sometimes I'm not ready for them and they get lost in the shuffle but I know if they were meant too be written by me they will hang around long enough for me too remember them. Thanks so much for taking time too read and for your understanding reply...Paul ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ |
