It’s a run because there’s love being chased by everyone. and “Go away, oh, fiendish foe of my complacency” like a repetitive bravo call for more. And the encore follows on, “I wish I’d really loved” through the ages rebounding time and time again. But because there is no end beauty stays a beast until a velvet curtain draws lines and crosses out yet another failure. And the dark follows on “What did I do wrong?” through the ages rebounding time and time again. But because there is no end beauty rises once again and appears on the stage a younger version when life starts all over again. And then love follows on in a run being chased … tra, la-la, la-la, ain’t that a shame? Helen / 19 August 2005 (Just because it’s Friday and time to dissipate tensions of the week) |
