I Walk I walk the path of want to be Of sailing thoughts of yet to see Guided by a firefly On never ending wings of why A star that blinks the black of night On and off until its light Beating wings of feathered thought Bringing me a short cavort Upon this shore I stand and roar At the sky and at the floor And shake my fist at frit and wit There seems no notch I seem to fit I’m sick of eating coconut Breaking shells as hard as but Walking round the Islands ledge So tired of this circles edge I think I’ll build some wings of palm And fly above this funny farm |
