Light Dance . Duet, with Suthern Pearls of morning glow with an inner radiance, sing the gentle suspense of dawn before our sunrise finds these summer hills. We've never seen this place and yet here is the morning, music brings our hearts here, as it calls to light a far land of stars and hills of green. Moon shimmers its farewell in a silken slide to the horizon as wind whispers anticipation of a day that’s never been. Our feet do not move and yet we dance the miracle of shadows yielding, through a mist that glistens in softest pastel hues. With rustling feathers birds begin to waken, singing their celebration, their tiny voices a hymn of welcome to the day. Hands find hands, the path begins to call us down along the hillside, to where it slips from sight, lost in the heather and daisies. If we walk down now, while an edge of sungold reaches toward us over the ridge, we can hold this magic for a moment, carry sunrise with us as we go. Come with me then, walk the meadow of this music, dance within the morning song of a land our hearts hold always, though we’ve never seen. |

Hi Suthern gal....I was thinking pretty much the same about you. You may be shy, but you're darn good -- and you have good taste in music, by the way....witness this! Don't let her fool ya, folks, she's a breeze to write with....and more than held up her end of this one! |

Yes, ... this is a seamless, beauty indeed...so many lovely image wrapped expressions...but what made them so enjoyable is that they are softly and subtely done...giving this a romantic, ethereal essence. A lovely two step...du-et again. one drop, an ocean ... one seed, the forest ... one leaf, the wind ... |

jwesley: That's because he's both a great writer AND great editor! LOL Believe me... when we started this, my lowly contributions stuck out like sore thumbs! *G* Thank you very much! *S* Martini: Thank you so very much! *S* I don't think there can be a greater compliment for a duet. *S* Enchantress: Thank you so very much, kind lady... I'm so glad you enjoyed! *S* Magnus: From your mouth to God's ears, please! LOL Thank you so very much! *S* Martie: Thank you! *S* Midnitesun: You can't know how glad I am this gave someone a smile... thank you very much! *S* JM: Thank you so very much, my friend. *S* I know anyone dueting with me needs a valium prescription... I'm so glad my running feet didn't stomp all over it. *S* Susan Caldwell: Thank you! *S* GS: Thank you, sweet lady... I'm glad you liked! *S* PS: I wanted to try and was terrified to do so. *S* Thank you so very much! *S* Jamie: Thank you again for the privilege. *S* I know you've had better partners... but none more grateful. *S* And while it took us a while to get to the posting stage... it's appropriate for this week... even if my leprechaun deservedly got the boot! LOL |
