Florida has its good parts
And it has its bad parts
Like it hardly ever gets cold
Summer lasts 8 months long

When summer hits Florida
You wish you were in Canada
When hurricane season hits
You wish even harder

Florida has pretty parks
But it is better to visit
At certain times of the year
Due to bugs that bite

I must admit
That sunsets and sunrises
Are beautiful
In this state

Florida has its good parts
And its bad parts
But I still love it
And plan to stay

yes Julie...those hurricanes can be really bad. We are still recovering from Ivan here. There are still tarps on roofs. Still trees down everywhere. It will be a long time before it's back to the way it was.

Florida is nice, but personally I'm ready for summer again. It got a little too cold for me this winter. It would be nice if it would stay around 70 degrees year round.

It's California with bugs....and an actual swamp instead of South-Central LA.....
