Listen to you're spirit,
Like all those breathing in-
pausing for a moment
to take a glance within.

Questioning, what fears are these?
The world might last forever-
but not i, nor you,
We've failed to give in;
You've left me in a never-waking dream.

I've become most like a snowflake,
Wanting to melt into you-
pushing me away, still falling
i'll fall forever.

Someday you'll walk with me through this rain,
Feel all those tears you've made me cry-
i've waited so long for this moment
yet it's you're turn to be pushed away,
Should i be second best?
you never wanted me before, now why do you?

It's my time to treat you wrong,
Tell you, you are nothing-
maybe my heart cannot take this long
but i know its right to go on,
Without you, i am more than i knew.

A person with a whole life to live,
Nobody is nothing if they-

"Living alone is not as bad as it seems
the only reason you feel you want somebody is

I really really like this.

I was single with my son for 5 years until I married my (soon to be ex) husband. I never felt I HAD to be with someone. But there is nothing wrong with wanting to meet the right person. Makes me appreciate why I am single.
