The proposition here is that
energy and mass
are the same as "form" and "spirit".
This is shown as follows:
What are the properties of spirit?
Spirit is invisible.
Spirit may travel
through the barriers
of Time and Space.
Spirit is never lost or destroyed.
Spirit has no form.
Spirit can not be confined;
Spirit comes and goes at will,
and we can do nothing to stop it.
Spirit travels through solid objects,
the heaviest physical structures,
even through the planetary body
of the Earth itself.
And spirit infuses Life
Into every living creature,
being the energy of Life itself;
and when spirit leaves us
we die ... but not so spirit.
And spirit, though itself formless
can take the solid form
of any object
every living creature, any person,
and when it wills
it can just as mysteriously
melt away again.
And spirit may come in the form
of a vapor or invisible gas.
When Priestley discovered oxygen.
he happened on the spirit-gas
that sustains all living things on Earth.
and spirit is emitted by every person,
every Life, even by things we think are dead----
Forests and snowfields are embed with spirit.
Oceans, clouds and mountain ranges
are all crying out with spirit.
And all the celestial bodies ...
The Sun, it shines with its own spirit.
And the Moon glows with both its own
and reflected Solar spirit.
And the galaxies and constellations
bring to us their spirit
across mind-paralyzing spans
of Time and Space,
snapshots of a distant past
that we will never know.
What did the crew of Apollo 8 see
When they took that famous picture of the Earth?
They saw spirit,
the same spirit
that infuses and resides
in all creation.

what are the properties of radiant energy?
Radiant energy can be apprehended as particles or waves,
seen and felt by us as heat and light.
Radiant energy cannot be confined.
Radiant energy is convertible to mass,
and mass is reconvertible to energy.
Though itself formless,
radiant energy can assume any form or structure,
and just as mysteriously,
melt in a sudden flash of light.
And radiant energy can penetrate the planet,
and all Life that is upon it,
as cosmic rays from outer space.
And radiant energy is present
in every rock, in every tree,
in every blade of grass.
Radiant energy surrounds every creature, every living person,
as can be seen in an infrared picture.
thus, spirit is the same as light,
and matter is the same as form.
When we act or create,
or cook, or sing or dance,
or fly or run,
or even when we dream at night,
we do all these things
with spirit, and in spirit.

Mass is frozen energy.
Energy is formless mass.
Matter is manifested spirit.
Spirit is manifested matter.
Left alone, energy and matter,
form and spirit,
will morph into its opposite.
This represents the junction
of physics and metaphysics,
so that one is as valid as the other.

When we are on Pips,
It is with spirit
as billions of sub-atomic events,
trillions of mass to energy conversions
all take place at once.
When you are reading me on Pips,
my spirit is with you;
and when I am reading you up here,
your spirit is with me.
For spirit
can only be apprehended by spirit.
Each of us
is not quite flesh,
not quite spirit,
not even something in between,
but an ever-changing
and mysterious blend of both.
When I typed Midnitesun into the computer,
thus employing the power of spirit,
she morphed into a living person
right here in front of me!
And even as she comes and goes,
The spirit of Midnitesun stays with me!

that you might be with me.

Don't go, like Cheech and Chong
chasing cars to get off
on the gaseous spirit of exhaust.
For this vapor is bad spirit;
it is bad medicine and also kills.

This is for EA:
I have heard that what makes carbon mono deadly is that when it bonds with hemoglobin molecule, CO snaps into the slot normally occupied by oxygen, so the blood thus contaminated can not carry oxygen.
How do they treat/detoxify some one with CO poisoning?

Jaime, for what it is worth, I am highly impressed with this write! Highly impressed! The only problem that I had with it was that I thought it was not long enough! ~ Seriously! I wanted to keep on reading more of your spiritual, scientific, and philosophical mind! This is definitely going in to my special treasure trove of poems that I want to read over and over.

Regarding your question on carbon monoxide, the treatment is oxygen. The person has to be removed from the area and out into the fresh air. Oxygen is administered at a hospital and in extreme cases the individual is put into a hyperbaric chamber.

This is an interesting write and worthy of much thought.

This:

...is great; I would only have added that "spirit comes and goes WITH will" but that is a personal view. One of the spirit?
