"I am not her,
never could be
and never would be".
This I thought to myself
now knowing the reasons,
the whys and the answers...
of the silence.

No longer are the feelings there
to sustain, this another year gone by
another missing of more than "enough".
Tired of the trying where
"matters not" becomes the norm.

And when this night passes to day
and the day moves on to the night,
the end will have arrived...

for I could never be her.

M

I think being yourself is enough,
you do it well
to the delight of many.

Little Mo darling heart now this is wonderful, and I know exactly how you feel, because I've definitely been to that dark place. Love this one darling one, you are as always exceptionally good at writing the truth. I'm so glad I posted here again, for I wouldn't have missed this for the world.

Love you muchly

Tired of the trying where
"matters not" becomes the norm.

I understand this all too well... but... you're a special person just as you are.

Big hugs for writing this feeling of failure so well. *S*

I hear echoes of deep sighs ...
and agreements of just being you.

no one can do you better ...
