Our Greatest Hero Daddy raised me from the age of two He was the greatest man I ever knew. He accepted unconditional love Now he watches over from heaven above. He did his best to raise us right He held us when we cried in the night. He taught us to be strong and kind Encouraged us to expand our mind. There were times he had to be tough And we knew when he'd had enough. Daddy is an angel now up above But I still feel his guidance and his love. We love you daddy, rest in peace Your love and memories will never cease. And somehow we hope that you know That you will always be our greatest hero. ~In loving tribute to our father Robert Paul Beam~ ~9/26/1927 - 11/5/1999~ {reposted with love to honour a very cherished and special man in our hearts.} You have and always will be our rock.... I miss you daddy... |
