Old symbols come pounding through my mind....

             chained...

                           pain.

Scars furious

                    lucid.....

                           Viscous.

Sweet tenderness escaping your gaze

       holding me....

                  truth....

                         Unconditional love.

Joy eternally ours

       connected.....

                               invisible link.

Avenue not taken

condemned....

             real.....

                           daily nightmare of conscience.

Strive to follow all moments shared

      visible....

             uncut....

                    only mine and yours.

Promises from my depth

       unkept.....

                    But meant....

Intentions whole

                           For my twin of soul.

I love this. The timing, the silence of space, the wholness of the inbetween says so much more than just the beauty of the words.
Well done.

(smiles) This reminded me so much of the Irish proverb "Still waters run deep" (sigh) Roses are like that to me. They do have thorns, thus it's kind of like those "nightmares of conscience" and "scars", but in all there is that unresistable beauty to the flower of love that makes it all the worthwhile! (angel friendship hugs) I love this, sweet friend, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

It is good to see you posting again, my friend... this is excellent! *S*

And I love the picture... it reminds me of a rose bush that grew in our front yard when I was a child... I loved its beauty... but it never would let me rescue a ball or a kitten from underneath it without ripping a strip from my hide! LOL
