Fichu From within the grateful air a gallant rush pushed past the heat with a quiver and made the fichu frantic with sudden exposure of pale skin It waved one way like coquette then neatly untied itself His face was sudden lit with the peach blossom of dusk as he realized the full wealth of my heart ------ Fichu-- a woman's light triangular scarf that is draped over the shoulders and fastened in front or worn to fill in a low neckline |
