A Pinch of pain

A pinch of pain has slipped your eyes
And transmigrates into the sky
Leaving behind a powdered face
A pale of white still wrapped in lace

Your spirit hovers o’er the pit
Hanging on a thread of wit
Looking over space and time
Listening to the bells that chime

Deciding on a way to move
To keep the needle in the groove
To walk the rainbow till its end
And set aside the rivers bend

This phantom of your wishing well
Stays within its core its shell
To haunt the beaches of your store
Your quest and reach for evermore

It’s good to weight uncertainty
It is the clay of warranty

Good morning, Mr. T. ~

I have compassion for the experiencer of this "pinch of pain". I could almost feel it myself.

May her spirit fly over the pit and her legs carry her to the rainbow's end.

Sending loving, healing hugs,
EA

To all,
Time has withered my bouquet today so I'll send the dove of love.
