i wish you were here
in a crisp room with
a window opening into lights, buildings, cars
far below like childrens toys on the floor

a strange hotel with strange voices...
strange words that seem like cheerful gibberish
fading in and out past the sliding door
exiting, new, and unexptected change it becomes
like a fresh summer night on the porch at home.

I don't sleep this night or the night before,
I exist silently, more awake than if i had slept,
thinking only of you, wishing only for you
to share this moment,
in comfortable half asleep conversation,

How can I stand here and not be moved by you? - Lifehouse

this has that endless flow feeling ...

easily to be swept away in it ....
