Shatters so the common heart when love departs for yonder star a traveler in search of light beyond the confines of this life. Reliant on unfounded threads it weaves entwined amongst the dead and draws from out the atmosphere the moisture of immortal tears. And as decreed the sages fear this weep to land like sharpened spears to one day pierce and injure more love's pattern of the years before. In pieces o’er these mortal fields broken hearts like lonely sheep and shepherds none upon the earth to speak of love’s forever worth. Words writ today from fables old like sun to warm an inner cold yet still the tremble, shiver, shake, of everybody’s deep heartache. Runs wild the river of denial over every newborn living child and sages, love, and prophets, say, “Maybe now’s the time to pray.” Helen (perhaps but maybe not) |

Thank you, Hope, for stopping by to read. Strange thoughts float around in my head sometimes. Sigh! |
