It starts like
this -

A silence waking to
voice.

The breath moving warm,slow across
your lips to mine.

And then a wait for holy
words to fall.

Leaning to the edge of silent
boundaries...I listen.

No...more than listen.

I absorb.

And once spoken...it ends like
this.

A voice slipping to a
silence heard.

Having prayed the words...I love you...to
my ears.

There are poems that make me cry because of their melancholic content and then there are poems like yours which make me cry because of their UNIVERSAL BEAUTY, like this one.

Praying ... I love you. Hear the sacred tune ..

sigh....yes just like this....you have a masterful way of bringing love to the surface and letting it shine!

I keep a fragrance bottle my
muse gave me when I met him
in endless winter and he
settled me into remembering
who I am.

You "absorb" and I "listen".

Romantically sweet and gentle as ever. Flowers
