Deeper still, follows meander of lilac
Somehow more plausible in the quiet of now
Sitting in a temperate mold listening to rain falls
Soft calls of twilight emissaries

That if you are of the mind to wish it
Some things are inevitable, as time
All that I have wished was yours and mine
Falling in songs to deep pools

What I give is not measured in tokens
Listen with your heart and you will hear it
Carried on the breeze a spearmint spirit
This we do so well

As intimate as day consoling night
Encompassing much more than physical delight
The trade of laughter and dreams
A confidant, the healing hand redeems

In love we share the silence of together
