Within the flowing, Fishermen rowing Homeward they're bound before nightingale's call, A chill in the breeze Shivers apple trees And a snowstorm of white blooms swirling falls, The teapot boiling Sips at end toiling As the night takes fully the worker's sky, Beneath their blanket, All things they forget, Till reminded by a wee baby's cry. I appreciate the diversity of your settings-it always heightens my awareness. Also, I liked the form you chose. It offers such a gentle rhythm. Thanks. miscellanea |

"Beneath their blanket, All things they forget, Till reminded by a wee baby's cry." I remember... "too bad ignorance isn't painful" |
