Between Here And There I searched high and low Between here and there Came back with nothing Only feelings of despair Going those extra miles Between here and there I have tried to reach out It still gets me nowhere I travelled with my heart Between here and there This leaves me to think I have failed somewhere Nine years of memories Between here and there Had they now forgotten We once used to share Its a confusing situation Between here and there If they had hidden clues I only wish I knew where Then the link was found Between here and there The paths of love united On which we both share We had bridged the gap Between here and there It was thanks to a friend Answering to my prayer Hope©2005 With music and graphic http://www.thestarlitecafe.com/poems/91/poem_739539.html |
