From knights they came, educated, wordly, witty, valued at court, travelling, always searching. Love their motoivation, romantic, heroic love, deep. Proving their love, for love of their ladies. Distant, elevated she sits, beautiful, virtuous, expert women, of manners, customs, of courtly society, culture, life. Humble servant he is, his honour to be rewarded with her love. Wonderfully painfull is his love, that brings joy unconfined, suffering all hurt, nothing breaks his love. Justice cannot be for oneside alone, but must be for both. (Eleanor Roosevelt) |
