We’re born from an endless kiss; though a kiss
But a kiss may be, it conceals within
The book of life and passions’ burning bliss -
Each kiss anew incites a heart to spin.

Within a kiss both beauty and a beast
Entwined and locked in thrall there lie in wait;
And the chemistry of kiss - but a feast
For hungry soul - and for the heart a bait...

I kiss you - as the kiss were very first
And very last; so light as a red rose
In morning dew will quench its yearning thirst;
So softly as two butterfly wings close

And fold into a satin soft caress -
A caress that strokes the furthest reaching cells
Of my trembling shell, coaxing to express
What in my heart and soul there sheltered dwells...

And then in flames of passion both our lips
Shall burn and yield, the old immortal code
Will call upon the flame of love’s eclipse
To seal our hearts within its torched abode.

For with my kiss my life and love I sign;
Onto your signing lips I sign with mine.
