proper pale parchment
with a rose sinned
above the volumpt
not yet eyed with ink

I day dreamed in the night
of such a poetry
open paged to my eyes
with just the right words

that were a fix for my need
but were free of tender
yet tender offered
along with the hands

to turn the rhymes
of a lady to a woman
without abrige
but yet a river that streams

to whisper across my fingers
