I’m a young arrow flying high and free, Releas’d by a bowman of iron hands Who aimed me to the sunset happily, Letting me roam freely throughout the lands; Trav’lling through the hills of Italy! Racing against the winds a-howling, Through the daggered snow a-fowling! Trav’lling through the sands of Araby! Against the breath of the desert storm Where the strength of the tough are torn. Swimming in the tempest clouds of Atlantis! Flying beside the roaring hurricane breeze, Fleeing from the titan waves away with ease. And I’ve soared upon the seven seas, And crossed above a desolate hell Where thousands are lost in miseries Whimp’ring coldly as they shout and yell. Soon a temperate breeze teased against my wing And I dived below unconsciously, The cool gleeful breeze blowing My feathers with a certain potency. And my feathers tore away as I fell, My stem broke as it lands to the ground Of the vain desolate hell. |

Enjoyed the imagery "we all have wings, but some of us don't know why" |

Now that was a treat! You have great talent and have established yourself as one to look for when logging on. This was my first read of one of your posts and it was tasty! Well done! Kevin |
