Bitter day, queen April (bored with winter) Makes quarrel with her king That reins the month of March. Ice on both their breaths Paints a rouge on human cheeks And bursts of who is right contain Spits of sleet, that melted, drip (In chilly rivulets) Down the backs of human necks; The king is cold and cruel, His wind, he thinks will end The argument that came in bursts, From his overheated queen; But her say is he'll retreat, For on the near horizon waits New castles built of calmer days, By warmer knights of May. |

Wow, Ford, loved this, and my favorite of all of yours, what a theator you've projected...like watching a holograph of your mind, making a movie... smiles and hugs |

Oh, that silly winter King... doesn't he realize that the Queen's sun will reign again? But oh, how he blusters! A charming read, Ford... thank you! |
