That day and night had blend to be one Or April shackled to the brief of spring Spilled August in her raindrops Even if the sky gasped violet breadths Across swaying wheat, in emotional oceans How could love be deeper in its kiss of mind That thought be rapt in loyalty As tenderness embodies dreams In all the heart relates, in passion and pride Through teardrops relied unrelenting Even if time has gated the touch Yet you knew…you knew Copyright Kkh 4/20/05 |
