I saw her kissing his lips, So softly she kissed them, My heart to her cleaved, I heard she wore that dress, The cherry one that I miss, The one she said was for my eyes, I felt her love leave my heart, And into another mans arm, Away from me and my love, I heard that she gave him a wish, The love that I once had, And seal it with her angel lips, I know she makes him smile, The smile that I use to know, So happy was I then, How could she give herself? To someone but me, God, why would she do this? I sense her kiss him on the neck, Send down the goose bumps, Those were on my arms, I can see her wipe his tears, When he cries, Knowing that- I could die, I can hear her giggle, And burst into laughter, She feels these, without me, I wonder if she thinks of me, On the lonely nights, The way I think of her tonight. I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality. |
