When those moments come that I
can no longer maintain the heavy strain
of the keep of another’s searing pain
I give it up to the Ancient Ones
in the knowing that they will
hold it ever tender until
the tears are spilled,
the ache stilled
And in doing so
I’ve done
what I
can
do~

~*When the heart grieves over what it has lost,
the spirit rejoices over what it has left.

Such a wonderful thought Marge.
Heart hugs.

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul

just wanted to touch spirits
love this picture, i lost the code for mine that was on my sig for a while. darn.
what do you think something is telling me when i see them and they have their hands by their mouths moving their fingers . i would say to speak for them, but it seems to be more than that, or i am not sure yet of what to speak of.  help me on this one  so i can get it out.

I do so understand this ~ and you said it beautifully!

The visual form of the poem was very effective in showing the lessening of the burden by allowing the Ancients Ones to carry what no longer can be endured.
