To love you now,
Has become a crime,
A sin for all ages,

I am afraid to love again,
To give all mine to a stranger,
To cry again-
And fill my soul with agony,

To love once is a man’s dream,
But to try again is a foolish wish,
How will I survive being apart?
To love you and not be there,

Happiness is what I seek now,
This thirst will not quench,
My shadow has become my enemy,
Reminding me of love I once felt,

Memories leave me insane,
And the passions burns-
Without the fuel of love,
It smothers my soul,

I remember you now,
From the good times,
To the bad,
Till death lets me part.

I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality.
