Anxiety consumes me Thoughts racing through my mind Wondering when it will stop... Why must it always be you? Haunting my dreams, invading my thoughts Teasing me constantly You disappear once I open my eyes I try to say that I dont care all the love has been washed away.. Along with my pride. But how I feel is draining too slow Frightful it will never all fade away. Through times of anguish I would turn to you And now I wish you would erase- Take back every kiss and word exchanged Restore my heart back to unbreakable I can't help but thinking back back on the days we exchanged smiles a moment in time frozen in my thoughts The temperature rises.... and you're gone. |
