Long ago memories, frozen in time, still life scenes, I can see me, the child I was, the person I have become, Sweet thoughts come, rolling through my mind, how innocent of a life, They take me there, back in time, where it was fun, Life was carefree, no responsibilities, then comes the wind, winds of change, and the picture fades from color, One must change, grow and learn, life is change, When the color fades, I still have, my paper memories. Yes sometimes we get too serious with life and we need to look to our inner child, becoming carefree and playful again...life is too short, we all need a break from day to day routine, and from being too serious sometimes...let go and be carefree, let the child come out to play sometimes...
