Droplets of Feel I've tried, the commitment always in default as I push back the past, preventing its reoccurring but knowing it keeps shadowing me even in the pouring rain. I second guess the timing, notice more than I wish and wonder why it is I always come in second, even to words and maybe even to truth. Victory is always beyond me. Loving, an unnamed flower, dying in a hand held out lost to touch. Its aching noticeable from the beating of wear. A hardship week, when gentleness escaped in the silence of candles lit, accenting the desire, wishing for the words, but knowing the lack of is the norm. I seem to live in "Neverland" addicted though to my Alice who cannot see herself for who she is anymore. Inching closer but never reaching, sometimes drowning in the beat of my own heart. And when this day is over I shall drift further into the oblivion that seeks my dreams and tosses them into a meaningless poem... thinking of you. At one time or another, I believe we all tend to feel lost and alone. We aren't really. We just have to follow the bread crumbs carefully, slowly back to our stronger selves left sleeping. Great write. ~myheart~ Love is the poetry of the senses. ~Honoré de Balzac |

I do know "the lack of" one day, maybe we'll write of being full |

Feels like I could have wrote it myself. how can it be true though? Do you think the poem and poetry itself is like a disease that gets inside you eats and kills a period of time and leaving you feeling like once again you've been "robbed" of what could have been? -GIS Corruption is caused by holes in obedience to God. |
