I Can Just Write About Nothing

Just going through each day
With my emotions on pause
The flow was not happening
But I always know the cause

Once again being reminded
Low self -esteem takes hold
The hanging in limbo feeling
In the emotional stranglehold

Knowing that I will persevere
Beyond the shadow of doubt
It takes a little more patience
Until those emotions flow out

I will keep a sense of humour
While holding back the tears
I can just write about nothing
Until my confidence appears

When you write about nothing it becomes something so write on until those blues recline in the ink. You write it well no matter the mood or tone and we will keep coming to enjoy.
