Not Just A Waning Rose ~~~~~~~~~~ Leaving the page of my poem I stroll into the garden of my mind where the intense heat of honesty flows. I cannot tell why, but I lay among the thorns a torn case of naked truth. My tongue is broken, but I’m not just a waning rose of summer. I can hear the birds and see the sun. The ocean softly touches the warm sand I see your sparkling eyes and that is where my trembling heart is born again. |

The ocean softly touches the warm sand I see your sparkling eyes and that is where my trembling heart is born again. You've spoken this with passion and a fine golden bow |
