With softly-thistled quill
I ink poetic words-at-will
Knowing they will land
in hues of falling leaves
to color your day with
love~

As the down of the meadow
gathers kaleidoscopic glow
We will run full-circle
in the ever-know
of love~

All the shades of foreverly true
will pile in leaves meant for jumping-joy
We will leap through memoried keep
of love~

When again the wind beckons Fall
in colorful array
of day well-done
We will sit and speak of
love~

Sighing at the sight
of parchmented flight
As we await the come of a night
of love~
