Compared to a fool, The king of fools!
With a charred twisted tongue
Sour the flavourless taste -
Of passionate romance to mistrust,
Yet, What have thou done to me;
Between the passage of conversation
Breathable air salted in love,
From thy touch working parts of me-
Unbearable! let hands wonder free
Fingering thine strings like angels do harps.

Alas, Torment wins! awoken,
Perfumed sweat stung upon my brow,
Love have fondled amongst thoughts-
Poisoned thou has affected me!
Days turned to hours, Hours to days,
Each second an Infinity of painful longing,
If an hourglass were held to ear-
Grains would take an Eternity to fall
amongst the blush of remembance.

Months passed since our last gaze,
All but a dream! It seemed too long ago,
Blossoming like a flower-
Thou opening thine heart to me
Wishing not to be plucked but pressed,
Kept in a book, Looked upon time and time again,
Not said upon the love me not's or do's-
A curse would set the parting of the souls
In such words question ties and knots alike.

Oh the aching! thou art not forgotten!
Dipped into the ink of scribblings,
thy float compasation amongst pages-
Pages blank to my eyes, Never my mind!
Living in sickened love fantasies,
Life longs, Prays! to be made a dream-
As dreams pray to taste release
Oh! let my soul, Carer of thoughts,
Remember the breathes that bring the words-
As thy sighs from a distance i hear on the wind
i shall whisper to thee tonight before bed,
Hoping to sooth away those tears.

Years have lashed at my youth,
scaring the skin to wrinkled age-
But still thou resists to flee my thoughts
Poetry never explains you whole;
Tried, Oh how i've tried but all else fails,
Why should my eyes be denied beauty in words-
As i'm denied thine beauty in life as thou rest
Those tears i knew were the rainfall;
But from heaven a piece of thou bleed to me,
And one day age will take it's toll-
Letting me see what's beyond the heart
As my wounds find heal with thou again.

These are profoundly romantic visions and I love them.

Some truly great lines, dear Lee.

Love, Margherita
